Seajet 038 Taisho Antifouling Zehirli Boya Lacivert 5 Lt

Seajet has recently launched an environmentally friendly product called 038 Taisho. It is a self-polishing product with superior technology and formulation that does not contain copper and works with non-metallic biocides called ECONEA®.

Tests showed that 038 Taisho takes traditional antifouling protection one step further with its low solubility in water and therefore low wear rate.

Taisho can provide fully effective antifouling protection by requiring much lower biocide levels. According to the test results, the protection of the product developed with 5% ECONEA® has the same effect as the protection of antifouling paint containing 50% copper. Taisho, which has an extremely low toxicity rate of the ingredients it contains and is suitable for biological recycling, leaves a significantly less and environmentally friendly footprint compared to traditional products.

In addition to its Taisho formulation, Seajet 038 proved to be a superior product in terms of both ease of application and the areas in which it can be applied. Although the sales price of this environmentally friendly product is not more expensive than copper-containing alternatives with similar performance, it can be applied with a brush, roller or gun, just like other antifouling paints. While it provides seasonal protection when applied in 2 coats, the protection period increases as the number of coats increases.

Taisho contains less solvent than other antifoul products, making it far more effective and easier to apply.

038 Taisho, which can be applied to all surfaces including aluminum, is available in white, blue, dark blue, red and black color options.
